nearly Christmas!

lol okay so if anyone saw my last post before I deleted it I may have changed my mind!
the choice to do that is a hard one to choose!!


so now I'm laying in bed, my alarm will go off in 30 minutes. it's the first time before work my eyes have had a chance to open before leaving the house...



I just realised that I only have one day off now before Christmas! so I had better make sure I get all my Christmas presents sorted before then!


Christmas is a funny time of year. I have been watching lots of movies from my childhood that I haven't seen for YEARS. very fun.

back at work :(

oh im back to work now!
i enjoyed my holidays so much! doing anything or nothing at all.

work isnt too bad though cos at the end of the day i get to go home to my wife!


tonight we went to netball. amy played and i watched cos i hurt my leg on the weekend :((((

something very exciting, i found on friday im moving stores! in the words of spongebob squarepants "im ready, promotion!"


i think my laptop clicks are starting to annoy amy so its time for me to go!

Old married man

Oh so much has happened and i haven't blogged for a while.

two weeks ago amy and i married! it was a beautiful day that we had both been looking forward to.

a few days after our wedding we made our way to new zealand for our honeymoon!
we stayed over night in auckland both ways as there are no direct flights from adelaide to queenstown where we spent most of our time.


the first night in Auckland Amy surprised me with a very long taxi ride to the sky tower and a very special dinner at the revolving restaurant!


in queenstown we spent allot of time shopping, allot of time doing activity's and most important spending time together :)


some of the things we did included :

• Seeing The Snow
• Funyaks
• Rafting
• Gondola Ride
• Riding The Luge

  and many others!


the scenery in Queenstown is out of this world! when walking around everywhere you turn there where HUGE snow covered mountains and lake views to die for. 


queenstown is a very touristy town, lots of foreigners but every one we met was very nice and friendly.




we were very sad to come home but now we are having lots of fun playing house together.

me and they guys i know went to play golf the other day!

it was an excuse for male bonding before i get married.

i think every one had a good time.

for some reason no matter where the ball actually goes you have fun smashing the little thing!

they had gotten so long :(
the first time they have been cut since i have been living here so it was all very exciting.

i decided to spend my morning at McDonald's.

easy food and a change of scenery is nice.


im the same i think as last time i posted...

amy started her new job this week. its very exciting!
although her first week is studying at home she still gets her new toys!



its a very pretty car!


we have found a house too!
its a very pretty house and we cant wait to make it our home!



124 days till we get married so it wont be long!

My night

Hello hello.
Its been a while (that always seems to happen!) Any who just a quick one as im waiting for amy! We are having dinner tonight on rundle st. I set my blog up today so I can email posts straight to my blog!

Not much is happening same old same old. Work rest and play but not enough play! Amy got a new job, its 5 months till our wedding, me and phil have new guinee pigs! Those are probably the bestest things I think.

Any way I will right a bit more when I dont have to use my tiny phone keyboard!

1. being naked - i hate clothes
2. no toilet line ups

time is marching on

lol im having the best day today.

even though ive done and am doing heaps ive still managed to keep it pretty lazy.

i got to sleep in, hang out with my dad! see amy :) do some food shopping for dinner, clean my room, vaccum the house and listen to SO much music!

later amy is comming over and we'll cook and eat and i imagine watch a movie!


i find another good thing about lazy saturdays is when you know you can do it again tomoro for a lazy sunday!

IMPORTANT UPDATE!

just so you know... i recently moved house!

i was still living in the old family estate (although it had been sold) with my friends Phil and Jake
but last weekend we all moved out!

i moved with Phil and with our other friend Kylie! but Jake had to move back with his parents :(


its been pretty strange... Ive lived in that last house for a long long time. lots happened there and its weird not being there anymore.
its probably not the house that's weird but its a physical reminder i guess that I'm growing up! that all the good (and some bad) things that i did or experienced as a wee lad are all over!

I'm excited about all the new challenges i am facing but there is still a part of me that is sad knowing that i cant go back to never never land (so to speak) with my Lil sisters and bros anymore!

and i guess what Ferris Bueller said in that movie is true...

"Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it"

not that i think Ive missed it just that its been moving faster and faster lately lol.

more exciting news is that I'm getting married this year!
as Ive been unpacking Ive been wishing i was doing this in my house with Amy!
but not long to go now!!!

new york! i mean... new year!

hmmm dear me its 2010!

this is going to be a big year i can tell. no matter what actually happens it will be be big.


i started off the new year with amy! we were at jason's house with some of our friends.
it was a fairly low key event although i did get kicked in the face lol.

i guess i made some new years resolutions, although ill probably not call them that.

i want to eat more healthy and make sure i excersize.
i want to be better in my relationships with friends and family.
i want to save more money.
i want to sleep and be more mentaly alert.
i want to read again.



so welcolm to 2010, the naughtys are over.
hopefully its a good year.
