Update 2.0

Well its not really 2.0 unless you count my new galaxy note that I am writing this on.

Not the first note I had.. which I dropped.
Anyway.

I'm feeling funny again.
During and after our trip I was feeling great about myself and all around me but alas it couldn't last and I am back to my  normal self.

I am still achieving lots but it is getting a struggle to maintain my mental state.

In a brighter note, I have started playing district basketball again.
Only about 7 years between games lol.
Not for Norwood this time but UniSA.

Today after work I took dear Charlie to get a hair cut.  He is looking dapper.

Dream

Well I have been reading some of my old blog post and its scary, very scary!

its a strange reminder of how much I have changed. I am merely a shell of the person I once was. take it as good or bad but I just realised in my head, the last ten years I am the same person but I am not.








The thoughts and feelings which once overcame me are now so small and insignificant that you wonder if it was all for nothing and I waste of my former years?










I am glad for unknowingly creating a digital record.

Time for an update

For the last few days I have been thinking to come on here and say a few things.

I was sitting on the couch just now and thought of two great things to say, and now the computer is on I have no idea what I wanted to say... SUCK!

Looks like it will be the usually dribble, feel free to turn away.

This Football season (AFL), I have been participating in a dream team competition.
Strange I know, especially when I know zero about the AFL league.
Round 8 is about to start and so far I have won only 1 round. it is fun though.


As I write this, Charlie is curled up in his second bed next to me. Yes, Charlie has a bed in the office so he can be comfortable where ever I am (he likes to follow me around).


Work is good, I will soon be a qualified forklift and truck driver :D
Phones are still ticking along.

The New Year

TWENTY FOURTEEN

is upon us well and truly. I am being positive so far and it seems to be going well for me.

Today is forecast to be 40 degrees today, YUCK! I am off work today so I am chilling with my little man, Charlie.  

I know this year will have many many challenges (it already has) but I am hoping to overcome them and be better for it at the end. 

I haven't done any 'new year resolutions' this year because they never seem to work. My Idea for this year is to 'grab the bulls balls' so to speak. I will be aiming to give everything 100%.

So check back in a years time to see how I went.

I guess I am as confused as ever about life. Work is fine, sport is fine, everything is just fine.

And now I bid unto all, farewell. I soon go to rest in the paradise of God, until my spirit and body shall again reunite, and I am brought forth triumphant through the air, to meet you before the pleasing bar of the great Jehovah, the Eternal Judge of both quick and dead. Amen.
